IntraOral Treatment Massage

As a massage therapist that helps clients manage chronic pain, chronic migraines, tension headaches, I am honored to have expanded my training to further help my clients manage TMJ pain, jaw pain, teeth clenching, facial tension, chronic neck and shoulder pain, sinus/ear congestion.

This treatment has been a great addition to a treatment and care plan for clients that suffer with the above conditions. IntraOral treatment can also be beneficial for people that suffer from sleep apnea, tongue ties, musicians, singers, etc. IntraOral therapy at Haven Wellness blends therapeutic massage techniques that assess muscular tension both inside and outside of the mouth, manual lymphatic drainage, relaxing scalp massage and red light therapy for an experience that helps reduce physical tension and help settle the nervous system. The feedback from both new and established clients has been incredible!

Almost back-to-school

Summer is quickly coming to a close. I love summer and it is never long enough, but I also appreciate the routine and change that comes with a new school year.
